Caribbean islands pummeled by disastrous weather over the past weeks are now preparing for Hurricane Maria. While a second devastating earthquake in Mexico has left 225 people dead.
Families in the Caribbean haven’t had an opportunity to recover from Hurricanes Irma and Jose and are now on alert for yet another. Hurricane Maria, a category 3 storm, is making its way through the Caribbean and our staff are prepared to respond with emergency food and hygiene kits, as well as child friendly spaces.

This latest disaster hit less than 2 weeks after an 8.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the southern coast of Mexico. Both earthquakes have destroyed homes and public buildings.
